Keystone Associates is pleased to announce that Garri R. Webb, has joined the firm as Senior Construction Manager. Mr. Webb’s responsibilities will include verifying contract compliance by trade contractors and ensuring that the owners’ highest expectations are met in respect to a quality finished project.
Mr. Webb has over 27 years experience across many project types including K-12, higher education, commercial, healthcare, retail, institutional and governmental buildings.
Mr. Webb’s previous Construction Management experience includes the $36,000,000 Capital Improvement Project for Liberty Central School District and the $70,000,000 Capital Construction Project for Vestal Central School District.
