Keystone is pleased to announce that Jeff Palermo, E.I., has joined the firm as a Designer in the Civil Engineering Department. As a Designer, he will be involved with proposal preparation, project management, project design, maintaining of budgets, preparation of plans, specifications, reports, as well as the development of cost estimates and field review. Mr. Palermo has over 5 years of experience in project design, project management, construction management and building inspections including educational, health and athletic facilities as well as infrastructure, roadways and parking structures. Mr. Palermo is a registered Engineer Intern (E.I.) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University College of Engineering.
