Keystone is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul T. Woodward to the position of Senior Designer in the Civil Engineering Department. Mr. Woodward has over 18 years of experience in civil engineering and has been involved in a wide variety of municipal, housing, educational, and commercial projects. As a Senior Designer, Mr. Woodward will have increased involvement in project management, deliverables, and outcomes. Mr. Woodward holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the SUNY Institute of Technology, Utica, New York and studied Civil Engineering Technology at SUNY Broome Community College, Binghamton, New York and Mechanical and Civil Engineering Technology at the SUNY Institute of Technology, Canton, New York. Keystone congratulates Mr. Woodward on his promotion.
