Kenneth D. Ellsworth, P.E., serves as the Managing Member of Keystone Material Testing, LLC dba Keystone Environmental Services, as well as the Managing Member of Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC. With 39 years of comprehensive experience in civil engineering and related disciplines, Mr. Ellsworth brings a deep understanding of construction materials and field testing protocols. At KMT, he is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of testing procedures and reports, while also leading business development and marketing efforts.
