Description
Keystone was retained to provide Architectural, Engineering, and Surveying Services for the construction of a new facility at the corner of Virgil and Liberty Streets in the City of Binghamton. The facility provides 19 apartments consisting of (4) 1-bedroom, (9) 2-bedroom, (5) 3-bedroom and (1) 4-bedroom units and serves as Homeless and Low Income Housing. Keystone’s services included boundary and topographic survey, schematic design, site/civil design, preparation of construction documents, construction administration and special inspections.
