Description
Keystone was retained to provide Survey and Engineering Services for a culvert repair project. The Village received Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding from the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) with which to conduct improvements to two existing culverts located along Scotts Brook. Keystone’s services included boundary survey, topographic survey, subsurface investigation and geotechnical engineering evaluation, culvert and stream analysis, engineering design, preparation of construction documents, bidding assistance, construction administration.
