Facility Expansion
Keystone provided survey and engineering services  for an approximate 24,400 square foot cooler expansion off an existing cooler on the east side of the facility, a 14,500 square foot expansion off the south side of the existing facility toward Genesee Street and two (2) small additions totaling approximately 1,200 square feet.  Site grading, drainage and water services were designed and incorporated into the construction.  Stormwater Pollution Prevention controls were developed for the site with approvals from the City of Oneida as the MS4. Construction duration inspections were provided.
