Roof Reconstruction
The Phelps Mansion, designed by Issac Perry, was constructed in 1870, and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Keystone was retained as architects to renovate and repair the existing structure as per State Historic Preservation Office Guidelines. The design was completed utilizing a study and preliminary drawings prepared by Crawford and Sterns and existing historic photographs.
