Historic Building Renovation
Keystone provided architectural services for the renovation of this 1900 building. The project consisted of the at-grade parking and exterior and interior restorations, extensive cleaning of the floors and ceilings, patching plaster motifs and columns to bring the first floor to its original character. Exterior renovation included the cleaning of brick and stone, replacing windows with energy efficient ones and replacing the store front window wall. Keystone also performed the initial feasibility study for this project in conjunction with the Broome County IDA and the Federal IDA.
