Senior Living Apartment Complex
This project involved the design a low income senior apartment complex on a sloping and heavily wooded site overlooking Choconut Creek. The project, which was funded by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, consists of twenty 1-bedroom units and four 2-bedroom units. Keystone provided the full range of architectural and engineering services including boundary and topographic survey, preparation of site plans, SEQRA documentation, planning board submissions and meetings, civil and site engineering, storm water management, architectural and building design, and construction phase services.
