Keystone was retained by Washington Development Associates, LLC, to provide survey and engineering services for a new student apartment complex located adjacent to the Binghamton University Downtown Center in Binghamton, New York. The project involved the development of a privately funded student apartment complex that accommodates approximately 386 students. Keystone’s services included development analysis, as-built survey, site plans, storm water management and pollution prevention plan, and construction administration.
