Hawk Engineering has provided quality, responsive services since 1955 to its private, institutional and municipal clients throughout the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. Hawk provides Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Site Design and Development, Wastewater, Stormwater Management, Construction & Administration, Telecommunication and Wireless Services, Transportation Engineering, Solid Waste Management, Natural Gas & Oil Services and Planning Services.
