Student Housing
Keystone was retained to provide preliminary engineering services for Phase I of a student housing project on Blodgett Drive in Oneonta, New York. Phase I of the development involved construction of housing to accommodate up to 350 students. Our services included topographic survey, a geotechnical investigation, preliminary site design, preparation of SEQR documentation and meeting with the City of Oneonta Planning Commission.
