Kenneth D. Ellsworth, P.E., Principal and Managing Member
Mr. Ellsworth is the Managing Member of Keystone Associates. He has 39 years extensive experience in civil engineering and other engineering disciplines. His current duties include QA/QC for the Civil Engineering Department, along with marketing and business operations of the firm. Mr. Ellsworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University: L.C. Smith School of Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Paul L. Bedford, AIA, Member, Architectural Manager
Mr. Bedford is a Project Architect with 46 years of experience. He has served as Project Architect in new renovations and additions to public and private facilities. His duties include management of the Architectural Department, office coordination, project management, specification writing and construction administration. Mr. Bedford holds an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology from SUNY College at Delhi. He is a Registered Architect in New York and Pennsylvania as well as a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Mark Rowe, P.L.S., Member, Survey Manager
Mr. Rowe is a Member of the firm with 15 years of experience in managing survey projects for both public and private sectors. His duties include management of the Survey Department, office coordination and project management. Mr. Rowe earned a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Professional Land Surveyor in New York and Pennsylvania and a Member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS) and the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS) as well as Vice President of the Southern Tier Association of Land Surveyors (STALS).
