Environmental Professional
Keystone is currently looking for an Environmental Professional to join the firm. This role requires a self-sufficient professional capable of independently managing fieldwork, analysis, and reporting for a variety of consulting projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and hazardous building material inspections (including asbestos, lead
  • based paint, underground storage tanks and other potential hazards)
  • Conduct indoor air quality (IAQ), water intrusion and mold assessments
  • Collect soil, air, water and bulk material samples in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate field documentation and manage assigned project tasks
  • Analyze environmental data and prepare final client reports including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide guidance on environmental risks and mitigation strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant environmental consulting experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with environmental sampling methods, equipment, and applicable regulations
  • Candidate must qualify as an Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by applicable ASTM standards
  • Relevant certifications/licenses (asbestos, lead, etc.) strongly preferred
